A's option OF Taylor to Sacramento


OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Oakland A's optioned outfielder Michael Taylor to Triple-A Sacramento following the game tonight, the club announced.

Taylor was recalled from Sacramento May 4 for his second stint with the A's this year and went 1 for 17 with two walks in six games, including five starts. He was also with the A's from April 13 to 22 and is batting .043 with no RBI in nine games overall with Oakland. Taylor has a .329 average, five home runs and 16 RBI in 18 games with the River Cats.
