Moss spent much of the last week in right field in place of the injured Josh Reddick, and the versatile Stephen Vogt has since taken over those duties. On Sunday it was Craig Gentry beside him in center field.
"Still giving Coco [Crisp] some days off for an assortment of things," said manager Bob Melvin, "and to be able to have Vogt out there, he seems pretty acclimated to the position, can move around in-game, back behind the plate if you need to. He's shown he can play first, too, so his versatility is really coming into play right now with a guy like Brandon out."
Vogt has started 22 games at four different positions and is batting .356 with a .380 on-base percentage since his June 1 callup.
